(hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Our”, “Us”), registered in Ukraine, registration number 45887683, at the address: 02068, Ukraine, Kyiv, Revutskoho street, building 40-B, apartment, 328.

We are the owners and administrators of the website: https://abap.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”).

You (hereinafter referred to as “the User”) - shall be identified in this way during each visit and use of the Website.

These Terms of Use, posted on the Website, in accordance with Articles 633, 634, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, are a public offer (hereinafter referred to as “the Offer”) and determine the terms of the User’s access to and use of the Website, rights and obligations in connection with the use of this Website. 
The Offer is addressed to an unspecified group of individuals and is a public offer to conclude an agreement regarding the User’s access to and use of the Website. 
The conclusion of the agreement takes the form of an accession agreement: the terms of this agreement are established by Us in their entirety and are the same for all Users, and the User may join it only in its entirety without the right to propose their own terms. 
Acceptance of this Offer is considered to be the User’s taking actions that indicate familiarization, understanding, consent, acceptance of the terms of the agreement and agreement to comply with them, in particular: obtaining access, filling out the contact form, using the Website. 
From the moment of acceptance, the agreement is considered concluded and has the legal force of an accession agreement. 
The terms of privacy, intellectual property, and disclaimer posted on the Website are integral parts of the Offer. 
If the User does not agree with the Offer, it is recommended to stop using the Website and leave it. 
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or additions to the Offer from time to time. 
The User is hereby notified of any possible future changes to the Offer and unconditionally agrees not to be notified of each such change. 
The current version is effective and published on the Website from the moment of making the changes. 
The User is personally responsible for periodically reviewing the Offer to be aware of its current version. The User is subject to changes in any revised Offer and is deemed to have been notified and accepted by continuing to use the Website after the date of publication of the changed Offer.

We grant the User only the right to access and use this Website, to send a request using the Website. 
The User confirms his/her consent to the fact that We have the right to interact with the User by making direct contacts using various means of communication, including, but not limited to: calls, instant messengers, social networks, e-mail, the Internet, etc. regarding the User's application to the ANDRII POLIAKOV LAW FIRM.

The Website provides only general information and does not contain legal or other professional advice, is not a public offer to provide legal assistance. To receive legal assistance, please send a request with the appropriate application to the ANDRII POLIAKOV LAW FIRM.   
A request with the appropriate application to Us does not guarantee the receipt of defense, representation or other types of legal assistance. This shall be possible only after consideration of the User's application and a decision to conclude a contract on the provision of legal assistance.

4. ADVOCATE-CLIENT PRIVILEGE

Without limiting any other provision of these Terms of Use, We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Website (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any individual for any reason or no reason, including, without limitation, for breach of any representation, warranty or covenant contained in this Offer or any applicable law or regulation. We may terminate your use of the Website or remove any content or information that has been posted, at any time, without notice, in our sole discretion. 

10. GOVERNING LAW 

By visiting and using the Website, the User agrees that only the laws of Ukraine shall govern this Offer or any disputes of any kind that may arise between the User and the ANDRII POLIAKOV LAW FIRM.  

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

All disputes arising from visiting and using the Website shall be resolved through negotiations. 
If the relevant dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved in court under the established jurisdiction and jurisdiction of such dispute in accordance with the legislation in force in Ukraine.
